Cinnamon Banana Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
1/4 cup organic Greek yogurt
1 T chia seeds
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana, sliced
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a wide-mouthed Mason jar except the banana and shake.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
In the AM, slice fresh banana over the top and stir.
Enjoy.
