Easy Overnight Breakfast

Cinnamon Banana Yogurt Parfait


  1. 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

  2. 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

  3. 1/4 cup organic Greek yogurt

  4. 1 T chia seeds

  5. 1 tsp honey

  6. 1 tsp cinnamon

  7. 1 ripe banana, sliced


  1. Add all ingredients in a wide-mouthed Mason jar except the banana and shake.

  2. Place in refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the AM, slice fresh banana over the top and stir.

  4. Enjoy.
