Buttery Brussels Sprouts
Serving Size: 2-4
1 T organic ghee (clarified butter)
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut in half
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Melt ghee in saute pan over medium-high heat.
Place Brussels sprout halves cut-side down in a single layer.
Add 1 T olive oil and cover.
Lower heat and cook covered for 20 minutes.
Halves should be slightly browned when done.
Season with sea salt and pepper and enjoy.
