Yummy Brussels Sprouts

Buttery Brussels Sprouts

Serving Size: 2-4


  1. 1 T organic ghee (clarified butter)

  2. 1 T extra virgin olive oil

  3. 1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut in half

  4. Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste


  1. Melt ghee in saute pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Place Brussels sprout halves cut-side down in a single layer.

  3. Add 1 T olive oil and cover.

  4. Lower heat and cook covered for 20 minutes.

  5. Halves should be slightly browned when done.

  6. Season with sea salt and pepper and enjoy.
