Yummy Muffins

Try these muffins for breakfast, dessert or a snack. 

Blueberry Banana Muffins

Yield: 12


  1. 3 C almond flour

  2. 1/4 tsp sea salt

  3. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

  4. 2 tsp grapeseed oil

  5. 3 large organic eggs

  6. 2 C mashed ripe bananas

  7. 1 C frozen blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and oil.

  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry.

  5. Stir bananas into batter and fold blueberries into batter.

  6. Spoon into muffin cups and bake 25-30 minutes
