Try these muffins for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
Blueberry Banana Muffins
3 C almond flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp grapeseed oil
3 large organic eggs
2 C mashed ripe bananas
1 C frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and oil.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Stir bananas into batter and fold blueberries into batter.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake 25-30 minutes
