Do you have a mission statement?

When you wake up ion the morning are you 100% sure of who you are, what you want, and how you want to serve others?

I have found that having a mission statement not only keeps me focused on what I want to accomplish but also who I want to be.

My Mission Statement is:

I am a Fitness and Health Expert, a Women’s Empowerment Leader, and a Lifestyle Coach. I inspire and instruct others how to improve their health, achieve their goals, and create their Happy Ever After.

This mission statement reminds me of who I am, and how I want to serve others. It’s not super specific but when I read this I feel charged up and excited because this is Who I AM!

It also reminds me of who I want to be and need to be, because I can’t go around eating junk food and sitting on the couch. NO WAY, I have to walk my talk to be influential.
