Kettlebells are used for explosive workouts that combine cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility while increasing your core stability. Their numerous benefits include strength gain, endurance, flexibility and general overall fitness conditioning.

Try these 5 moves for a full body workout using only a kettlebell. I recommend starting with a 10 pound kettlebell and working up to more weight as you feel comfortable.
