Flourless Chocolate Brownies

These brownies taste so yummy. They are perfect for any dinner party or celebration.

Flourless Chocolate Brownies

Serving Size: 1 (You'll want them all to yourself 🙂

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 C dark chocolate chips (60-70% cocoa) or raw carob powder

  2. 2 C garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

  3. 4 organic eggs

  4. 2/3 C raw honey

  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt chips in a double boiler (or a glass bowl sitting inside pan with water).

  2. In a blender or food processor, mix garbanzo beans and eggs, adding eggs one at a time.

  3. Add honey, vanilla, baking powder and 1 1/2 C chocolate chips.

  4. Process until smooth.

  5. Stir in remaining 1/2 C chocolate chips and process until smooth.

  6. Pour batter into a 9 inch non-stick pain.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.

  8. Allow to cool completely.

  9. Melt 1/2 C chocolate chips to drizzle on top of baked brownies or sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  10. Cut and serve.
